CD3 is a 10 week program with introductory to ice hockey skating. The program is designed to develop the 1st phase of our hockey development process “FOUNDATION”. The program is for a beginner to intermediate level hockey player to advance and develop hockey specific skating. The emphasis of the program is to deliver correct hockey skating while improving the foundational movement.
